I reframed the narrative around Mars Global Services (MGS), positioning it not as a behind-the-scenes support function but as an operational powerhouse driving efficiency and workplace innovation.
My biggest win? Landing MGS features on Mars’ global LinkedIn page — the one with more than 1.7 million followers.
Through strategic storytelling, I highlighted MGS’s impact on business outcomes and Associate experience, helping Mars attract top talent and strengthen its reputation as a forward-thinking, purpose-driven employer.
Talk about high-impact storytelling!
Unboxing the Magic of MGS on LinkedIn
My Hub
One of my favorite stories to bring to life was the launch of “My Hub” — a sleek, all-in-one platform built by Mars Global Services (MGS) to help Associates find what they need, when they need it. Think: resources, tools, information — all in one place. No more scavenger hunts, just streamlined access.
I used the moment to show how Mars isn’t just talking about simplifying work — it’s doing it. While the post didn’t name MGS directly, paired with internal communications around the rollout, the message landed loud and clear: this is the kind of operational magic MGS delivers.
With tight, intentional messaging, the post achieved two goals: driving internal clarity around MGS’s impact and positioning Mars as a forward-thinking, Associate-first employer.
Easier is Better Awards
A big moment for MGS was spotlighting the winners of its first-ever “Easier is Better” awards on the Mars LinkedIn page. These Associates were recognized for doing exactly what the motto says — making work simpler, smoother and more efficient for everyone around them.
But the post did more than celebrate great work. It reinforced Mars’ Associate-first culture and showed that innovation isn’t just top-down — it’s happening at every level. For job seekers, that’s gold.
With intentional, story-driven messaging, I used this moment to position MGS as a launchpad for careers in digital technologies, procurement, finance, human resources and beyond.
One post, two major wins: changing how MGS is seen internally — no longer just a support function — and reinforcing Mars’ reputation as a people-first employer."
